Education Department and Al Ansar sign an agreement to launch the Al Ansar Sports Talent School

In an initiative regarded as the first of its kind in the Kingdom — aimed at discovering and nurturing student talent and building a model that combines education with sporting development to create a promising generation of future champions — Al Ansar Club Board Chairman Mohammed bin Awda Al-Beladi and Madinah Region Director General of Education Nasser bin Abdullah Abdulkarim signed a cooperation agreement to launch the Al Ansar Sports Talent Development School.

The agreement strengthens partnership between the education and sports sectors, and works to provide an integrated environment that helps discover students’ sporting talent and develop it through specialised training programmes and a scientific methodology that builds their abilities and skills.

The initiative also aims to give talented students the chance to practise sport within a complete system that combines academic excellence with sporting preparation, helping prepare a generation able to represent the nation across sporting arenas.

It aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, which places strong focus on sport, expanding participation, and discovering national talent early, while strengthening the role of educational and sporting institutions in building a more active community.

The Al Ansar Sports Talent Development School is expected to create a clear pathway for talent discovery in the Madinah Region and reinforce Al Ansar Club’s role as an active partner in community development and Saudi sport.
