Al Ansar Club management completed procedures to appoint Captain Bandar Mohsen Al-Ahmadi as sporting director, reflecting the club’s commitment to strengthening its technical and administrative capabilities with distinguished national expertise.
Al-Ahmadi brings more than two decades in sport across coaching, technical, and administrative roles. He has worked with several teams including Al Ansar, Ohod, and the Saudi B national team, served as a technical consultant at Al-Ettifaq and Al-Ahli, and held development roles at the Saudi Football Federation.
His notable achievements include Al Ansar’s promotion to the Zain Professional League (2011), Ohod’s promotion to the First Division (2015), and youth national-team successes including the AFC U-19 Asian Cup in Jakarta (2019) and qualification for the Tokyo Olympics (2020).
He holds several international coaching qualifications and diplomas from Asian and European federations, alongside experience in technical analysis and coach education — a strong addition to Al Ansar’s next chapter.
